About the role:

We are looking for a B2B social media manager to develop and manage a creative and engaging social media strategy that builds brand awareness and consideration and drives traffic to our website. 

You should be a strong writer who delivers thumb-stopping content with the ability to create, curate, and distribute compelling organic content and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. You’ll manage and grow our social audiences, stay on top of trends, and be a leader in determining how we can continue to build a dynamic online presence. 

You will:

  • Manage day-to-day posting, editing and optimization of content on multiple social media platforms for Cardlytics – including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook – and Bridg, a Cardlytics company
  • Create and manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn to drive traffic and generate qualified leads
  • Engage with follower base and improve engagement on all channels
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Use social media SEO tactics aligned with Cardlytics’ keyword and SEO strategies
  • Create and manage a social media calendar
  • Report on content performance, present social insights and best practices, and adjust strategy according to set KPIs 
  • Work with the Revenue Marketing team to strategize ways to increase traffic to website
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies

You are:

  • A creative team player with strong analytical skills who is passionate about social media and growing audiences
  • Nimble, detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proficient in social ads manager platforms

You have experience in:

  • 2-3 years of experience with B2B social media marketing
  • Experience handling multichannel social campaigns
  • Excellent business writing skills and can convey messages in a relevant and interesting way
  • Experience on all major social media platforms
  • Strong writing skills and editorial judgement
