What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Product to lead our growing company with passion through the next phase of growth.

We are searching for a product expert to join our Senior Leadership Team to shape our product vision by drawing upon their deep experience in the advertising and marketing technology industry.

The Senior Vice President will report into the Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for leading our global product and UX teams, owning our product strategy and refining operational processes that support our execution against the company’s ambitious growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities: 
Lead, develop and manage a skilled team of product managers and UX designers across our India and US offices, while collaborating closely with our global team of engineers and leadership Drive our product strategy across a suite of planning, activation and measurement tools designed exclusively for healthcare marketers Evangelize and refine a data-driven product development process Collaborate with internal stakeholders and guide the team along their mission to ensure successful delivery of new products and features throughout their lifecycle Ownership of the product and feature lifecycle, working closely with our Marketing, Strategy, and Client teams to ensure client adoption Share fresh perspectives with our employees and clients about the current market landscape and foreseen changes and opportunities Participate in strategic planning with Senior Leadership to develop our product roadmap and guide our investment strategy Identify new partnership opportunities with other firms in the healthcare and advertising industry Develop product GTMs and feature release planning and guide product positioning in market  Build strong understanding of competitive offerings and points of differentiation Work closely with business teams to develop initial pricing strategies Initiate market and internal feedback to understand customer needs and preferences
Who You Are: 
An interest in healthcare and building innovative products that leverage health data in a privacy-compliant way Deep passion and proven experience of building products in the advertising/marketing technology industry Deep understanding of the technologies underpinning the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including real-time bidding and identity resolution Advanced knowledge and experience working with data onboarders, CDPs, SSPs, DSPs, and other technologies and solutions across the ecosystem Understanding of total addressable market sizes for multiple sectors in the advertising technology industry and familiarity with top research resources
What You’ve Accomplished:
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field from an accredited university, MBA a plus but not required 10+ years in a product role 5+ years management experience 5+ years in advertising technology, preferably in programmatic media Deep understanding of product development methodology Experience in a diverse range of business environments, including early stage startups and pre-IPO companies Experience leading a geographically distributed team
