You WillThe Senior Manager
– Program Delivery will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative, technology-forward strategy to deliver Girl Scout programming to volunteers, girls, families, and councils.

This position will work across the GSUSA ecosystem to establish, implement, and evolve a data-informed content delivery approach that will ensure that Girl Scout program is easy-to-access and available in a variety of formats to members and councils.

S/he will evaluate current delivery methods at GSUSA and Councils, setting and implementing a best-in-class strategy that includes printed materials, the Volunteer Toolkit, Girl Scouts at Home, gsLearn, and other opportunities.Essential Responsibilities* Own the end-to-end content delivery strategy for Girl and Volunteer.* Partner on business cases made for any and all deviations from the established content vision whether it be in style, format, or overall approach.* Socialize these deviations to the appropriate parties, creating informed organizational partners-prepared to defend our position internally and externally.* Establish strong cross-divisional partnerships to establish an actionable back/forward-forward/back approach to build a bridge between the existing and future state of our Girl and Volunteer content.* Create and own a tiered revision plan for digitized content.* Provide additional copy and editing support for all content.*Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.Required Competencies* Team or project leaders within larger units where another layer of coordination is required; this includes a wide range of projects from those with limited scope to projects important to the future of the organization/movement.* Strategic planner with a demonstrated track-record of well-executed multi-year phased strategies within a matrixed environment* Knows how to synthesize input from a range of key stakeholders* Creative problem-solver and consensus-builder who can deftly manage competing expectations and creatively uses resources to deliver* Knows how to manage multiple priorities and multiple workstreams* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex information with clarity to diverse audiences* Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointRequired Technical SkillsOffice 365 or similar suitesCompetency in PowerPoint or similar presentation softwareCompetency in Microsoft Excel or similar softwareYou NeedDegree or Equivalent Experience:Bachelor’s degree in education, business or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience;Master’s or Advanced degree certification in youth development or related field a plus.Minimum Years of Experience:Ten (10+) years of experience in youth-focused fields; orTen (10+) years of experience in digital content development; orTen (10+) years of experience in strategy developmentRequired Field of Study:Education, Business, Youth DevelopmentCertifications Requirements:
