Senior Director of Integrated Care (Director of Nursing) Inspir Carnegie Hill, 1802 Second Avenue, New York, NY 10128 Maplewood Senior Living’s new Inspir brand of world-class, urban luxury properties is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Senior Director of Integrated Care role, overseeing resident care and clinical operations of its new Inspir Carnegie Hill property.

Recently opened in March 2021, Inspir Carnegie Hill is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, this 23-story, 215-unit residence offers an integrated health and wellness model along with assisted living, enhanced care, and memory care services.

The Senior Director of Integrated Care (RN) Role: We are looking for a visionary, accomplished and principled nursing leader, capable of leading and overseeing multiple care teams in a fast-paced, innovative and rapidly evolving company where clinical excellence is the standard and outcomes and accountability are paramount.

This position serves as the lead clinician for the residence and oversees all health, wellness and care-related services for our residents.

Responsible for developing and executing strategies for resident care and clinical service delivery in a combined assisted living, memory care and enhanced care environment.

Ensures accurate, timely, and professional delivery of care services to all residents and upholds the Inspir philosophy and values; and is accountable for resident care-related regulatory compliance.

Senior Director of Integrated Care (RN) Responsibilities: * Assess resident, family and staff needs and develop strategic and operational plans for the provision of resident care and the delivery of all clinical services and programs.* Develop and lead clinical training programs to ensure staff are highly trained and demonstrate proven competencies.

Foster a learning culture and participate in orientation and training initiatives.* Oversee all aspects of resident care and clinical services, nursing care, ancillary services, provider partners and care-related aspects of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, safety and risk management and resident/family/staff satisfaction.* Lead Inspir health, wellness and care teams and supervise Section Directors of Resident Care to promote best practices and ensure optimal delivery of care and clinical services to all residents.* Facilitate and follow evidence-based Standard of Practice, performance standards, and standardized workflows to ensure optimal efficacy, efficiency and outcomes.* Collaborate with the General Manager and Chief Clinical Officer to develop strategy, business plans and budgets that focus on all aspects of clinical and facility operations including setting priorities, staffing models, reducing costs, and maximizing revenue while ensuring outstanding care and services.* Work collaboratively with all other Department Heads to develop priorities and goals to address resident needs throughout the community.* Play a lead role in addressing and resolving infractions or violations identified by staff or state regulators including developing and implementing action plans, plans of correction and new policies or SOPs.* Use Key Performance Indicators and business analytics to set goals, drive strategy, inform planning and monitor performance* Perform regular audits to ensure that each clinical department is meeting all Inspir and state standards and regulatory requirements.

Senior Director of Integrated Care (RN) Requirements: * Minimum bachelor-level NY-state licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, preferably with advanced degrees/training and certification(s)* Minimum of 4 years senior leadership experience as a clinical director, senior director, director of nursing, or similar* Proven and progressive experience in senior living, LTC, SNF, and/or home health care* Minimum 2 years working with older adult population with complex medical needs including dementia* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Exceptional leadership skills* Strong clinical skills* Budgeting and forecasting skills* Well-versed in staffing and staffing models* Excellent independent judgment and decision making* Business analytics and intelligence skills* Proficient with MS Word and Excel as well as electronic health records* Knowledge of state and federal regulations and the survey process* Superior customer service skills How is the Inspir experience truly brought to life?
