Marketing Operations Manager – Boston or New York CitySS&C Eze (“Eze”), a global leading provider of investment management software for more than 25 years, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Marketing team in its Boston or New York City office; though, at time of posting, this position will report virtually.About the RoleThe Marketing Operations Manager will play an integral role in managing and enhancing the operations of Eze’s marketing department through technology enablement, reporting & analytics, process engineering, and project management. The cross-functional nature of this role offers visibility across the organization and opportunities to execute strategic initiatives that drive Eze’s growth.The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. If you embody these traits and are looking to contribute to Eze’s success, this is the role for you!Job Functions* Become an expert on Eze’s marketing and sales teams’ tools, processes, and goals to deliver business needs.* Own and administer marketing technology stack, including user support, data governance, enhancements, integrations, and vendor management.* Evaluate and implement new technology to optimize marketing and sales performance.* Define, improve, and document scalable and streamlined processes, automating workflows, as appropriate, to eliminate marketing and selling inefficiencies.* Manage the marketing-to-sales lead flow and lead management best practices.* Train revenue teams on tools and processes to increase adoption and effective use.* Develop reports and dashboards to analyze complex data sets from various sources.* Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to measure ROI of marketing programs and tools.* Prepare KPI presentations and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.* Maintain department’s budget, forecasts, expenses, and vendor contracts/invoices.* Collaborate and partner with cross-functional departments (including Sales Operations, Sales, Business Applications, Client Service, Finance, Legal, etc.) to execute strategic initiatives.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree.* 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a B2B marketing operations role.* Expert in B2B marketing strategies such as ABM, lead generation, campaign management, etc.* Proficient in all Microsoft applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.* Technologically adept with and HubSpot experience (system certifications, a plus).* Strong analytical skills with business intelligence/reporting tool experience, like Power BI.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excels at public speaking and running training programs for sales and marketing teams.* Thrives at prioritizing and aligning on competing business needs with stakeholders.* Proven ability to initiate and manage complex cross-functional projects from conception to completion.* Works well with others and independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Who We Are:We are a trusted and proven partner to the investment community.
