About the team

The marketing team plays a highly cross-functional and collaborative role at Wibbitz. We?re passionate about our brand, customers, and sharing our video creation solution with the right people at the right time. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead strategy and implementation of our marketing lifecycle campaigns across content, email, and in-app. The ideal candidate is a highly effective communicator with a customer-centric mindset.

A day in the life of the Lifecycle Marketing Manager consists of:

  • Awareness, Activation, and Retention Campaigns: Working collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer teams to implement results-driven campaigns that support brand awareness, product activation, adoption, usage, and retention. You put customers at the center of each campaign, enabling their success throughout the full customer lifecycle from trial through long-term expansion.
  • Personalized multi-channel communications: Building effective communications programs including email and in-app messaging, using robust CRM and product data to segment and personalize. You understand the importance of nailing the right message at the right time, and own both pieces of that puzzle.
  • Content strategy & production: Developing a comprehensive content strategy to support the full customer lifecycle, including SEO, social media, website, resources, and video. You will manage a team of outside freelancers and agencies to deliver impactful content that drives key results.
  • Customer engagement & advocacy: Discovering new opportunities to share customer success stories, earn glowing customer reviews, establish referral programs, and maintain a connection with the growing community of Wibbitz creators to help guide our campaign strategies.

About You

  • You have 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably with B2B, subscription services, and/or SaaS products
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • You?re a strong copywriter, and think strategically when it comes to campaign execution 
  • You are results-driven, proactive, and take a hands-on approach in campaign management to hit key goals
  • You have strong experience managing triggered email campaigns for targeted audiences, and are comfortable building automations including in-app messaging
  • You have experience with SEO, blogs, webinars, and social media
  • You have experience working with outside freelancers and agencies to manage both ongoing and short-term projects, consistently hitting deadlines and meeting quality standards
