Position Overview

The Director of Demand Generation will have a strong track record of success in contributing to high performance Marketing teams within competitive Demand Generation environments in the SaaS space.

Be prepared to wear many different hats as part of a lean team in a fast-paced, energetic, and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Create and implement multi-channel demand generation programs for all stages of the funnel to achieve revenue, pipeline, and lead generation goals Own deliverables across the entire marketing funnel, track and improve performance at each stage, and create a robust demand engine Utilize best practices to discover new lead sources while increasing returns from current channels Continually enhance programs to ensure customer acquisition costs are in line with ROI goals Take ownership of marketing operations including marketing automation and CRM tools Construct reports or dashboards that track performance against goals

Requirements


10+ years of experience in demand generation and enterprise marketing roles within SaaS Consistent track record of success delivering qualified leads, buyer engagement, and pipeline Data-driven with experience developing a KPI framework, optimizing metrics, and tracking performance against growth goals Solid understanding of the full marketing stack including lead-scoring, segmentation, revenue attribution, influence, and ROI Expertise in developing enterprise marketing channels: thought leadership, channel partners, website and events Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, digital technologies including marketing automation and CRM tools Self-motivated and able to operate independently, as well as within the larger Sales and Marketing organization Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
