Position Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead EasyKnock’s efforts across SEM and Paid Social channels.

We’re looking for a performance marketer and a digital expert to own these channels and drive customer growth.

Someone to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on a national level, working with significant budgets to do so.

The success of these efforts will be measured by lead growth and customers generated through digital channels.

While the immediate responsibility will focus on digital channels, there is a large opportunity to assist and learn offline channels as the role progresses.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead growth and optimization strategy across Paid Media Channels with the focus on Paid Search, and Paid Social (Heavy emphasis on Paid Search) Aggressively manage and grow a substantial monthly spend while maintaining KPIs Develop hypotheses and implement testing strategies to drive growth using creative/copy, LPO, audience segmentation, ad placements, keywords etc.

Partner with analytics to identify performance trends and develop insights to help influence decisions for paid media strategy Assist with management of daily communication with B2C affiliate partners Assist with new channel expansions (Direct Mail, TV, etc).

Facilitate in SEO management with Marketing team

Requirements

3+ years experience with hands-on management of all or most of the following: Google Ads, Bing, Google Ads Editor, GDN, retargeting platforms (Google, AdRoll, Criteo) Working knowledge of Paid Social with interest in learning, owning and scaling the channel Deep familiarity with lead generation metrics such as Cost Per Lead, Marketing Qualified leads and other relevant down funnel progression metrics Strong Excel skills with experience building complex spreadsheets, including pivot tables, multi-function formulas and elaborate graphs.

Superb written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of both internal team members and external vendors/partners Basic/Intermediate SQL experience and familiarity with BI tools such as tableau/Looker and Datorama a plus Prior experience working in lead generation at a sales driven organization a plus
