The Role:

Reporting to VP, Brand, you’ll help grow awareness of Daily Pay as the most trusted financial services company for everyday working Americans.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Champion the brand across the org to instill the brand ethos into how internal teams incorporate it into their work to achieve brand and business objectives
  • Build influence among leadership through highly effective communication, partnership and provocation, ability to engage and influence decision-making
  • Help our new and exciting brand continue to evolve and develop to support our strategy and our tactical initiatives
  • Work with our agency to evolve our messaging across all audiences (Customers, customers’ employees, Daily Pay employees, investors, regulators, channel/merchant/banking partners, etc)
  • Develop personas for our core audiences 
  • Provide strategic direction and compelling insights for brand campaigns to drive growth
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to develop positioning for key products/features
  • Partner with Data Science to “own” customer intel and drive new market opportunities
  • Work with marketing analytics and data science to identify appropriate metrics and measurement
  • Create a positive and empowering team culture to retain and attract top-tier talent
  • Champion brand strategy throughout the org and keep pushing us to think creatively

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 8+ years of strategic experience in a world-class creative agency, brand or consultancy
  • Outstanding strategy and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to provide fresh, “out-of-the-box” solutions
  • Exceptional writing, presentation and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do spirit
  • Genuinely excited by Daily Pay’s mission and the opportunity to use your creative talents to address financial management needs of everyday Americans
  • Smart, empathetic and affable with an innate ability to work well with a broad range of people 
  • Highly motivated, extremely organized, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An emotionally intelligent (EQ) leader and a creative problem solver with great critical thinking skills
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work efficiently, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
