Betches Media is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager/ Account Executive to handle strategic brand partnership opportunities across all owned digital & social channels.

We are seeking a highly strategic individual who can drive sales revenue and grow renewal business.

This candidate must possess strong quantitative & analytical skills and the ability to develop and connect with relevant social first creative partnership concepts in the digital media space.

The AE must have excellent client relationship skills and a desire to learn in a fast-paced industry.

Seller must manage a book of business, carry and manage a sales quota.

Role & Responsibilities:
Prospect, build and scale new and renewal revenue for key strategic accounts focusing on driving multi-platform programs The ability to track and manage to hit sales targets and stretch goals Stay ahead of the curve on marketplace & platform trends relating to their clients’ industries to maximize share and scale Work with the client partnership and content leads to consistently innovate creative approaches to drive Betches Media revenue growth YoY Work with client partnerships and analytics leads to provide regular insights to senior leadership detailing campaign performance, optimization methods, and re-engagement renewal opportunities Help establish and promote best practices and processes to ensure excellent client support & communication to anticipate needs & identify potential issues

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in digital & media sales with ability to translate client KPIs into actionable campaign strategies and close revenue Familiarity and strong enthusiasm for entire Betches Media brand and sub brands, products and the utility we offer to our audience Willingness to thrive in a startup environment, highly motivated and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit Extensive contacts in digital & social media buying and planning (client and agency side), brands direct and PR companies who handle media budgets Experience with key industry categories like CPG (food, beverage and beauty), retail, travel, finance, pharma and tech including DR and DTC clients as well A sales leader who has the ability to independently build a large pipeline of outbound leads, pursue and close Experience closing/managing large, customized content deals ($500K+) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.

Fluency in the language of online measurement: uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, etc.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client/agency structure Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills (strong grasp of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint/Keynote required) Quick, creative thinker and idea contributor Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
