Their mission is to create a unique and memorable experience while providing an excellent service for our clients.The Coffee Shop Barista, Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop and report directly to the Store Manager.

The person will be responsible to train, and oversee the baristas shifts, overseeing the execution of drink making and high-touch customer service.

In addition, be the right hand of the Store Manager in the execution of the café’s operational tasks surrounding Inventory, Stock Ordering, Maintenance and upkeeping cleanliness and merchandising in line with the brand’s expectations.**Responsibilities** **:****Managerial Oversight:**+ Right hand of the store manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business and café operations.+ Partner with Store Manager to conduct monthly Inventory count; assist SM in overseeing BOH operations and organization; ensure execution of FIFO method at all times.+ Partner with Store Manager on hiring.+ Execute the training of employees on drink preparation and proper use of coffee equipment.**Operations:**+ Daily manage cash deposits.+ Daily oversee accurate use of POS.+ Coordinate with vendors and order supplies for shop as needed.+ Oversee daily quality control of pastries.+ Daily oversee maintenance of café equipment, requesting regular equipment maintenance.+ Partner with Store Operations team on café maintenance and IT issues.+ Ensure café is clean and properly merchandised.+ Ensure compliancy of the store following brand processes and policies.**Customer Service:**+ Preparing and serving beverages to the coffee shop clients.+ Deliver high touch customer service at all time following brand approach; Boost customer engagement to increase return business.+ Have an overview knowledge of Le Labo and be able to share with café clients.**Qualifications**+ Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as a team lead.+ Certification of Food Handlers license in NY; understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards.+ Understanding of HR practices & policies.+ Proven track record of team oversight experience.+ Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.+ Flexible availability (including weekends & holidays).+ Strong communication skills with the ability to manage & motivate a team.+ Customer service attitude.+ Strong work ethic; Passionate and ambitious.+ Take great care and pride in crafting every order for the client.+ High energy, positive and optimistic personality; team player, works well in a team environment+ Strong organization and attention to detail skills+ Communication skills: excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills**Job:** Retail
