Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic senior marketer eager to make an impact on our rapidly-growing business.

Our marketing team encompasses three areas, and you’d have the opportunity to contribute across the board—taking ownership of various initiatives and driving them from concept to completion.

The marketing umbrella includes: 1) Marketing and Sales Support
– Marketing to our target prospects and supporting our outbound sales team by “softening the ground”/building brand awareness within our small business lead pools 2) Client Marketing
– Powering the email content libraries we provide our clients with timely, highly differentiated content, produced both in-house and with a network of talented freelancers, and 3) Internal Marketing & Charitable Campaigns
– Cultivating community within the team, event planning for customer milestone celebrations, and coordination for/messaging around charitable giving initiatives.

Responsibilities Establish positioning, identify target audiences, develop marketing plans, and execute campaigns with specific objectives across different channels and industry verticals we serve (insurance, financial, legal) Develop, implement, and execute our social media strategy, defining the most important social media KPIs for our organization and delivering on them Create on-brand content in support of campaigns including written, imagery, and video, built both DIY and in partnership with vendors Manage company’s presence on reviews platforms such as Capterra and G2 Crowd, developing and implementing campaigns to drive client reviews Support internal marketing, community/event planning as needed Contribute thought leadership and writing as needed for our app content library Manage the launch of integration partnerships, developing omnichannel marketing plans and delivering on them Manage, measure and optimize our paid media campaigns.

Manage contractor/vendor relationships to ensure quality and consistency of outsourced work.

Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI.

Qualifications BA/BS degree Min.

5 years experience in marketing roles Social media expertise with a demonstrated history of building social followings and knowledge of best practices Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, including direct experience writing and editing marketing communications such as emails, blog posts, press releases, ads, social media posts, etc.

Creative competence, with an eye for great branding Knowledge of paid media channels Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

Bonus skills: HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WebFlow, Adwords, Hootsuite
