Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design, implementation, and administration of all compensation programs, including job evaluation and grading, base pay, annual merit, annual / short term incentive, long term incentive and other perquisites.
  • Provide vision and strategy for the development, design, operation, management and administration of the Company’s global compensation programs and then execute and communicate.
  • Communicate benefit plans and compensation policies in a clear and understandable manner to support the company’s strategy.
  • Responsible for the pay review process, including any procedure used to facilitate pay levels (i.e., performance reviews, external market reviews); provide guidance and make recommendations to line managers and generalists on all compensation issues.
  • Responsible for direct or functional control over job evaluation to establish equitable compensation rates within the organization and as compared with rates in industry; analyzes jobs, reviews job descriptions and specifications to make grade and salary recommendations.
  • Responsible for the annual merit salary increase program in the US, including development of the merit budget, salary structures, merit program guidelines, and communications.
  • Responsible for the annual processes with respect to the global Annual Bonus and LTI Programs, including design, analysis, preparation of related exhibits for the Compensation Committee, and development of employee communications and then execute and communicate.
  • Responsible for the annual process with respect to the granting of Long Term Incentives, including establishment of eligibility and level of participation guidelines, coordination of management recommendations, consolidating and summarizing recommendations for approval by senior management and compensation committee.
  • Responsible for serving as lead on administration and execution for Stock Plan Administration.
  • Provide appropriate review of offer letters and compensation analysis therefore ensuring they are appropriate, including being within compensation guidelines.
  • Responsible for design, execution and communication of all compensation and benefit plans and any changes to plans.
  • Responsible for the overall plan design and strategy for all benefits plans with a focus towards competitive offerings and cost management.
  • Responsible for plan design, contract negotiation and administration of all health and welfare, qualified and non-qualified defined benefit and defined contribution plans for US and international locations.
  • Works with all practice/organization personnel involved with any aspect of release of protected health information, to ensure full coordination and cooperation under the practice/organization’s policies and procedures and legal requirements.

 Knowledge, Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree Preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience 
  • Maintains current knowledge of applicable federal and state privacy laws and accreditation standards, and monitors advancements in information privacy technologies to ensure organizational adaptation and compliance.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal and state laws including accurate and timely filings of IRS, PBGC, 4010, etc. forms, SOX compliance.
  • Ensures compliance with privacy practices and consistent application of sanctions for failure to comply with privacy policies for all individuals in the practice/organization’s workforce, extended workforce, and for all business associates, in cooperation with employee immediate supervisor, Human Resources, the information security officer and legal counsel, as applicable.
  • Reviews all system-related information security plans throughout the practice/ organization’s network with legal to ensure alignment between security and privacy practices, and acts as a liaison to the information systems department, if applicable.
  • Member of the plan Administrative and Investment Committees
  • Responsible for the overall vendor relationships and contract negotiations
  • Demonstrate leadership in performing assigned responsibilities, as well as suggesting improvements in current practices. 
  • Manage a staff of 4 and manage multiple vendors. 
  • Collaborate and work closely with HR generalists on program rollouts and communications
  • Responsible to know and understand the Company’s business strategy and provide practical, business-oriented HR counsel and services in support of that strategy.
