As a part of the Galaxy People team, you’ll be on the ground floor of a quickly growing organization.

You will wear many hats and no day will be the same.

You will be responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition team including proactively identify improvements to processes, using technology to innovate the team’s day-to-day, data collection and maintenance, and reporting.

You will play a critical role in assisting with projects, analytics, data maintenance and anything else that provides the Talent Acquisition team leverage through metrics and data insights.

You will be expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information at times, thus essential that you possess a strong degree of judgement and discretion.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, thoughtful, and extremely organized for this critical role on our team.

Greenhouse experience highly preferred, and a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.


  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Greenhouse reporting processes, maintaining the integrity of our People data inside and outside of Greenhouse and making changes as necessary
  • Work in tandem with TA Coordinator to ensure a quality candidate experience, evaluate time to fill, and other key metrics
  • Primary contact for any questions related to Greenhouse; set up jobs in Greenhouse and coach employee population on how to best use Greenhouse
  • Proactively identify improvements to processes, adding automation wherever possible
  • Understand end to end recruiting process, and provide advice on how to improve using technology and streamlining processes
  • Escalate sensitive issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing and/or ad-hoc people projects as determined by the needs of the organization
  • Prepare reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint on a regular basis, to be shared with Executives on the status of searches
  • Work closely with the Finance team on reporting requests

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with Greenhouse strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS Systems (Namely a plus!)
  • Creation, distribution and filing of sensitive documentation for employee population
  • Escalate sensitive issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing and/or ad-hoc people projects as determined by the needs of the organization
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Sense of humor
