Senior Associate, Organizational Effectiveness

Working independently or in teams, the Senior Associate contributes to consulting projects to design and implement human capital and organizational effectiveness strategies and solutions.

Areas of project work include: strategic planning; organizational assessment, strategy, and redesign; organizational and culture enhancement and transformation; and a variety of strategic initiatives for a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities include working with clients to develop creative and unique solutions to a variety of human capital and organizational effectiveness issues, assisting with interviewing various stakeholders, synthesizing and analyzing large amounts of information and data, preparing materials and assisting with facilitating client meetings and working sessions, using strategic thinking to develop findings and recommendations based on findings from data and interviews, and writing and presenting findings and recommendations Specifically, the Senior Associate conducts research, interviews stakeholders, and gathers client data; performs complex qualitative and quantitative analysis using a combination of critical thinking, , modeling, and statistical tools to support preliminary finding and conclusions; develops client recommendations by consolidating large amounts of information; and conveys findings and recommendations in a compelling manner through reports and presentations.

These responsibilities are conducted in support of client and research projects and are supervised and led by project managers who are experienced consultants.

This position is client-facing and requires a significant amount of travel to clients primarily within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Our client teams and project experiences involve extensive client-facing opportunities and are purposely designed to provide broad-based exposure to the design, development, and implementation aspects of compensation and performance management consulting concepts and processes.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Analyze complex problems and help identify strategic solutions Communicate verbally and in writing to accomplish effective interaction with coworkers, managers and external clients at all levels within the organization Draft initial recommendations and convey findings in a compelling manner through reports and presentations Conduct research and gather data Complete complex qualitative and quantitative analysis using spreadsheets, modeling, and statistical tools Maintain positive client relationships and interactions Completing required client and company reports on time Assisting with creating and updating work plans for projects Planning own workload and managing commitments in order to deliver work on time Compiling and synthesizing information on a particular organization, industry, or area of people management practices Participate in and contribute to learning and development activities Position may require additional time past normal business hours as business needs dictate.

Operating effectively in a team-based environment Assist with business development and marketing activities
Key Requirements:
Computer software including all Advanced levels of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Excellent Communication (oral and written) and confidence in public speaking situations Cooperation, collaboration, and team player in developing analyses and solutions Ability to interact effectively with clients Flexibility to adapt to changes in day-to-day schedule due to ad-hoc requests and other client needs Fundamental problem solving, critical thinking, and the ability to extrapolate to different situations and solutions Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful findings that can inform recommendations to clients Ability to think strategically about complex problems and manage/navigate ambiguous issues and problems Working independently to execute analyses and solutions developed Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver timely work products in an environment where deadlines overlap Organized and detail-oriented Demonstrated ability to self-motivate for continual improvement/Intellectually curious Proofreading and editing Ability to organize and manage time effectively Ability to analyze and apply analysis to solutions for results Ability to apply learning to more complex problem solving over time
