As a Consumer Satisfaction Sr.

Associate, you will support our Net Promoter Score (NPS) customer satisfaction program, service notifications (content & deployment) and implementation of a reputation management solution to help drive higher consumer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our members.

This is a highly collaborative role, and you should be able to work in close partnership with other teams including client management, creative, product, IT and marketing functions to drive shared success.  Core competencies that will help ensure your success in this role include strong communication, problem-solving and project management skills.

A great candidate also has a flexible mindset and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

He/she can take guidance and run with multiple projects simultaneously, informing when there are hurdles that require collaboration to overcome.
Responsibilities
Support NPS program including survey management, data analysis and reporting
Facilitate collection of member feedback across channels (e.g., survey scores and verbatims)
Implement reputation management solution to build online reputation and credibility
Drive service notifications strategy (content & deployment), including on-going evergreen content and identifying opportunities and improvements where service emails can drive business needs
Support organization-wide service recovery discipline
Candidate Profile
Nimble, agile, rolled up sleeves self-starter 
Capable of working effectively and efficiently with high-quality while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinker with strong analytical skills and experience synthesizing data to inform business decisions
Well organized, detail oriented, efficient with time management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously
Persuasive and articulate communication skills with excellent relationship-building skills.
Not afraid to ask questions or think outside the box
Has the ability to work autonomously
Bachelor’s degree 
2+ years of marketing experience
