As a leading Organization in the Maintenance of Pennsylvania’s Highways, the Department of Transportation, Engineering District 6, is seeking a full-time Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Join the PennDOT Team with this exciting career opportunity!An employee in this job performs professional appraisal work involved in securing legal rights-of-way or acquiring real estate for other purposes. Work involves performing residential real estate appraisals for one-to-four dwelling units and may include the appraisal of vacant land. Work also involves utilizing various appraisal formats and determining compensable elements of damage along with before and after values.   Additional information regarding this position can be found in the position description. * Full-time employment. * Work hours:  7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
