And when it comes to wellness, nature is a pretty good place to start.Job DescriptionUnder the direction of the Manager/Supervisor, the Lead Quality Assurance Floor Inspector is responsible for assisting the supervisor on a daily basis. Also, responsible for adhering to the SOPs and cGMPs that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manages the department in the absence of the supervisor and/or managerConducts pre start-up inspection, documentation check and release to run product in manufacturing and/or packagingConducts in-process sampling and physical testing of product with required paperworkAssists in training other AssociatesComplies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendancePersonal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelinesPerforms other duties as assignedJob Requirements:QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredPrior quality assurance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment requiredAbility to write simple correspondenceBasic mathematical skillsMust be able to respond to verbal and written instructionsPhysical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb, bend, etc… within a manufacturing environmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
