Position The Client Associate actively supports Client Advisors with all aspects related to client account operational activity, asset allocation, and account oversight and reporting.

The Client Associate often serves as a direct point of contact for client related inquiries handling issues of account management, such as on-boarding, new relationships, and daily account activity.

This role is a key member of the collaborative, team-centric approach to client servicing across the Wealth Management division.

Responsibilities * Partners with team members on the creation of all client materials, including custom books, projections, Monte Carlo simulations, and reporting* Assists with processing wires, trades, and account openings* Handles all client paperwork, including the organization and maintenance of client files electronically* Gather and manage various forms of client data (i.e.

tax information, investment information, etc.) to support the client team in the effective planning of client service strategy* Assists with providing tax planning and projections (Saratoga Only)* Responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to all client questions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience* 2 to 3 years of related experience* Series 7 or working toward license* Advanced degree achieved or in progress, including MBA, CFA, or CFP* Experience with NFS, Tamarac, and/or Adapar preferred* Prior experience with CRM preferred Skills * Comfort working with numbers and strong ability to synthesize and work with large data sets* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)* Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills* High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Apply Now
