Aon is looking for an Account Specialist I As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Service Delivery business group within Aon Ascent.Multiple positions available.

Your impact as an Account SpecialistThe Account Specialist I will assist Account Executives/Brokers on assigned accounts, managing key processes and undertaking client facing and internal activities as they relate to our commercial risk business.

This is achieved through effective communication and partnership with our internal and outsourced ACS (Aon Client Services) partners.

Job Responsibilities:Maintains effective and productive relationships with clients.Perform necessary activities to support Account Executive/Broker team with initiating, marketing and processing of renewals, processing client invoices, requesting auto IDs, assisting with surplus lines processes, resolving account discrepancies in cooperation with PASC, initiating endorsement requests and processing other client requests and account servicing functions.

At the direction of the Account Executive/Broker, drafts quote comparisons and follows up for binders, policies and endorsements.

Seeks assistance from senior team members when confronted with unfamiliar or complex processing transactions.Ensure system of record (Bridge & Broker Desktop) is accurate and current to ensure outputs and client deliverables will be produced according to guidelines and policy detail.Manage client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests.Where applicable, serves as the primary interface with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service team and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.

Act as the primary interface with PASC on client administration matters.

Serves as key client liaison for items such as certificates, auto ID’s, location additions, invoices, Workers Comp posting notices, allocations, premium finance agreements, summaries of insurance and policy transmittals.

Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovations, Results and Values.Ensures operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements (e.G., Transparency & Disclosure, Aon Compliance Requirements, and Client Promise Methodology).

You bring knowledge and expertiseRequired Experience:Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with external and internal clients on client servicing activitiesUnderstands operation processes and methodologies; proven ability to work effectively with moderate guidance and supervision.Must have strong Excel skills to import/export data, strong Word skills, some v-look up experience a plus.Successfully operates in a fast-paced output driven environment that requires staff members to multi-task, react quickly and perform task that are not routine.Preferred Experience:Entry level position.
