Position Overview

The Analyst of Web Analytics supports the US e-commerce business by tracking and reporting out on customer engagement with the brand’s online presence.

The analyst will build out dashboards, analyze data, and deliver insights.

This person will be a key contributor to the success of our fast-growing retail businesses.

This position reports to the Manager, Web Analytics.


Incorporate industry web analytics best practices and methodologies (e.g., testing and behavioral targeting) Ensure consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of core website KPIs in various weekly and monthly Dashboard formats (page views, clicks, conversion, etc.) Conduct ad hoc analysis for cross-functional partners as requested, including in depth funnel and conversion analysis Act as an internal expert on Adobe Analytics capabilities and site tag management Create, maintain & deliver various dashboards & reports for key stakeholders Lead the development of actionable consumer insights to enhance the digital customer experience and drive conversion for the website

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or quantitative fields like Economics, Mathematics or Statistics 1+ years’ experience working with web analytics packages (e.g.

Adobe Analytics), and with various marketing channels to scope and implement their technical tracking requirements (pixels, URL tracking).

Proven ability to apply findings to business problems to lift revenue and profits Microsoft Excel (ability to code macros in VBA a plus) and PowerPoint Adobe Analytics, Adobe Report Builder & Data Warehouse A/B testing tools
