$55-60 base salary
Summary:
The Marketing Associate will support the Direct Mail operations in the timely execution of marketing campaigns for new business development. This position will also assist in the creation of tactical marketing plans and creative executions, and results tracking and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
 Set up and deployment of mail campaigns
1. Update Direct Mail planning schedule with changes to targets, offers or timelines
2. Work with multiple vendors to solicit and evaluate bids and contracts on multiple
complex projects.
3. Work with other departments to confirm current offers, create campaign codes and
promotion codes, and manage creative approval process
4. Set up campaigns in fulfillment system; Ensure all elements are correct
5. Provide campaign information required for customer service and sales departments
(PDFs of creative, offer parameters, upsell copy, etc.)
 Weekly and Monthly reporting
1. Track and report on key metrics and on-time performance
2. Manage campaign costs and Invoice verification and follow up
3. Familiarity with Google Analytics.
 Reports to the Direct Mail Manager
1. Other duties to support the manager as assigned
2. Including ad hoc reports
3. Program Analysis
4. Market Research
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree required.
 At least 1-3 years’ experience, preferably in direct mail marketing and execution.
 Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and v-look up, proficient in Microsoft Office.
 Must have strong attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages. Provide analysis of financial data to support the responsibilities of this position.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software and Word Processing spreadsheet software.
Additional Skills:
Experience in direct mail and direct marketing is desired.
