Who you are: As the Digital Marketing Specialist you will drive Lovingly revenue through SEO, PPC, and cutting edge digital marketing strategies.

You will collaborate in optimizing, testing, and monitoring growth initiatives across all digital marketing functions.

You will be responsible for delivering results that directly impact company revenue and revenue of our partners.

You will be primarily focused on assuring the health of active programs pertaining to SEO and Google Ads, GMB, SEO while also investigating new initiatives to grow revenue through new digital marketing channels.

You will collaborate in optimizing, testing, and monitoring growth initiatives across all digital marketing functions ultimately taking accountability by delivering results that directly impact company revenue and revenue of our partners.

Responsibilities and Duties
Offer multifaceted support to current and future projects on both Lovingly corporate and agency programs.

Deliver revenue optimizations across digital marketing functions.

Assist in the exploration, testing and execution for advertising channels on Lovingly Shop properties through (but not limited to): Search/PPC Social Media Marketing Email Marketing Investigate growing revenue for Lovingly.com through (but not limited to): Social Media Advertising channels Exit offers Content recommendations (i.e.

Geo-landing pages, Encyclopedia, Thanks) Support the content marketing arm in distributing blog posts, video, podcasts, social media posts, website copy and email campaigns.

Support a steady stream of content marketing initiatives that drive traffic and generate new business, whether through, SEO, advertising or other effective forms of marketing.

Provide support to current Google Ads program management, collaborate with marketing team on Google Ads to ensure: Accounts remain optimized to the fullest extent Account are frequently adapted to best practices Smooth operation during holiday up times/blitzes Resolution of Day-to-day issues Assist management in the general improvement and efficiency of Google Ads program operations, including any third party program involvement.

Stay on top of trends in digital marketing and best practices, to be aware of new tools and algorithm changes that impact SEO, Ads, social media etc.

Regularly provide updates to management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields; MBA is a plus.

4-7+ years of experience in B2B integrated demand generation campaigns utilizing email, webinars, digital mediums, 3rd party programs, etc.

Proven track record of designing, implementing, and delivering effective and innovative marketing programs.

Excellent marketing project management skills to plan, execute and report on concurrent marketing projects and the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high energy environment.

Demonstrated success in partnering and building a successful relationship with sales, product, design, and others.

Strong understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle, lead nurturing and the buyer’s journey.

Deep understanding of key metrics across various tactics, from initial response levels all the way through to conversion rates for MQLs and opportunities.

Experience in content marketing, audience segmentation and campaign analytics.
