Inventory Control Clerks – 2nd Shift

What You Will Do:The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for auditing daily inventory reports. Perform order and truck audits to ensure accuracy. Develop customer relations. Identify problems through root cause analysis that impact inventory.Responsibilities:Audit any of the daily inventory reports; transits, lost sales, back stock audits, deleted locations, receipt exceptions, and out of stock.2. Prepare defective merchandise for disposition which includes contacting vendors.3. Preparing shipments for return to vendors.4. Communicate with vendors and buyers, customers and customer service when a problem exists with merchandise.5. Prepares manifest for salvage and schedules pick up.6.
