Description

Your role:

  • Own the full recruitment life-cycle (source through close) across all present & future US based positions and teams.
  • Partner closely with the Director of People to identify, recommend and drive enhancements to our overall recruiting practices.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads across the organization to deeply understand their needs and ensure alignment on the specifications of the open role.
  • Draft effective job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
  • Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-through.
  • Maintain data integrity practices, ensure accurate ATS data and provide data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve the recruiting process.
  • Execute people initiative and provide internal customer support.
  • Drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Profile

The ideal candidate:

  • Has prior experience working in recruitment or recruitment coordinator
  • Media industry experience is a plus
  • 3-5 years in recruitment
  • Has the ability to write complex search queries and boolean search strings for sourcing across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite.
