WF Search has been retained by a large healthcare company to assist them in their search for a HR Generalist to join their growing Human Resources Department.

The Human Resources Generalist will build internal and external relationships with employees and leaders within multiple business units.

Working closely with the Human Resource Leader, they will provide counsel, support, coach, and train all supervisors and employees; while building trusting relationships.

· Job Requirements: Job Description Provide HR support to multiple business units.

· Work directly with directors and front-line supervisors on all HR related issues
· Provide counsel, support, coach, and training to all supervisors and employees
· Conduct investigations, assist with verbal and written warnings
· Work on-site of each division location 1-2 days per week or as needed
· Make recommendations for hires, terminations, promotions, etc.

· Serve as back-up to other HR Generalists and HR administrative staff as needed
· Partner with Talent Acquisition team on “hard to fill” roles, solicit feedback from hiring managers, etc.

· Assist with all HR generalist duties such as onboarding, benefits administration, etc.

· Provide support to HR manager
· Other duties as needed or assigned.

· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, SHRM certification preferred but not required
· 5 years HR generalist/HRBP experience preferred
· Health care experience strongly preferred
· Strong employee relations
· Excellent communication (written & verbal), decision making ability, detailed oriented
