Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you are you work alongside the DON and ADNS to care for our residents. You will be administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies.

Your Responsibilities Are As Follows:

  • Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment
  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
  • Perform assigned duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client

Available Shifts Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem:

  • Day shift (6 AM- 2 PM)
  • Evening shift (2 PM -10 PM)
  • Night shift (10 PM- 6 AM)

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited LPN school
  • Current LPN license valid in the State of New York
