The Digital Product Manager Sr is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the digital reporting and analytics experience and strategies across markets.

This role leverages expertise in healthcare, data analytics, and technologies to support the organization’s business partners in the identification and deployment of innovative solutions to showcase value from business opportunities.

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for working with business partners and team members to evaluate reporting and analytics concepts, opportunities, and vendors to assess their value and how they best fit into the existing ecosystem of solutions.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Providing subject matter expertise to develop strategies, programs, and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights, and industry trends that support digital reporting strategy.  Participating in business requirement discussions with IT partners to develop robust healthcare analytic reporting solutions being highly proficient in database and analytic tools (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Power BI tools, MS Excel, etc.) Creating market-leading reporting and analytics packages, including healthcare plan performance reports, dashboards, and client experience studies Researching and evaluating new digital reporting and analytics market concepts/solutions and determining if and how they would best fit into the existing portfolio of services.  Developing strategic roadmaps, competitive benchmark assessments, and identifying or evaluating potential solutions that could support the market offer in collaboration with team leadership Working with business partners and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration to both create business cases and ensure the deployment of solutions that engage internal and external stakeholders and address their needs.  Gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback. 
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in a related field; 5 years of related experience in analytic solution strategy, consultative data analytics, and reporting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience in the healthcare industry required.

Preferred candidates will be able to showcase eagerness to learn new analytics tools and capabilities; as well as innovative thinking.

The ability to ideate and solution beyond capabilities that are available today.

Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only

Annual Salary Range*: $85,520
– 106,900

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. 

* The hourly or salary range is the range Anthem in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future.
