Email Salesforce Developer 12+ month contract NYC Remote No 3rd parties or C2C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Primary Responsibility Email execution on behalf of communication owners – partnering to plan, execute and develop emails from inception to completion. This includes requirements gathering to deployment and measurement reporting for email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day email campaign execution ndash including planning, build, testing, deployment, and reporting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to follow execution process, from collecting creative briefs and assets to deployment. Ensure email sends follow best practices and compliance guidelines Monitor and manage email calendar Manage email deployment process from end-to-end scheduling, audience segmentation, QA and post-deployment reporting (reporting on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis) Monitor subscriber base, ensure proper opt-inopt-out processes Monitor email deliverability Requirements Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, using content builder, data extensions, cloud pages Basic HTML and CSS knowledge Client-facing experience Understanding of email KPIs and analysis As the Email Salesforce Developer, you will Leverage Salesforce marketing technology platform (i.e., Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud) to manage campaign operations to support wide strategic initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders, incumbent will develop, execute and continuously improve performance of consumer and B2B programs. Optimize email channel through data-driven strategies, AB testing, ongoing performance assessment, and implement strategies to organically grow eSubscriber base. Manage eSubscribers preference centers, Marketing Cloud asset libraries for dynamic content and targeted e-newsletters as well as insuring compliance with internal data governance policies and external regulatory requirements. Actively contribute to marketing and communications planning processes, bring significant database-marketing experience, and provide flawless execution of a growing campaign operation. Keep abreast of CRM and campaign best practices, new SalesforceMarketing Cloud features, and help drive adoption. Manage email templates and landing pages in collaboration with external and internal Creative Marketing agencies. Support audits to monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and recommended best practices. Partner with CRM system admin support system enhancements and future roadmap. You are A collaborative team player and effective working in highly-matrixed, cross-disciplinary environments and with external partners (technical, digital agency). Someone who enjoys hands-on execution. Flexible and can quickly adapt and change strategy to align with business needs. A self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity of a start-up operation. Able to move initiatives forward while multi-tasking to meet diverse end-user needs of varying complexity Knowledgeable of CAN-SPAM and e-mail regulatory compliance. Experience A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years Marketing Operations experience implementing and managing CRM initiatives and demonstrated proficiency in CRM from a marketing perspective. Strong SalesforceMarketing Cloud or a similar marketing technology platform (e.g., Marketo) experience. Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding core database-marketing techniques, eCRM, testing and metrics experience with Wave. Strong Excel and analytical skills for data manipulation, compiling Marketing Cloud reports, identifying needed customizations and enhancingconfiguring platform Ability to analyze, trouble shoot and solve problems attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent project management skills and strong understanding of businessoperational processes.
