Product Designer

Digital People

This is a Full-time position in New York, NY posted November 22, 2021.

An interactive storytelling platform is looking for an experienced Product Designer who will be responsible for the user experience design of a product, focusing on UX and UI with consideration to business goals and technical constraints. Also works to improve the experience of existing products. Leverages research and data.


  • Creates wireframes, user flows, customer journeys, storyboards
  • Determine information architecture, site maps, logic.
  • Creates clickable prototypes for rapid testing
  • Creates visual assets including UI
  • Tests (in collaboration with UXR and Research team) to improve experiences design
  • Provides strategy for cross project design and logic (pattern library etc.)
  • Assess existing projects for opportunities for improvement


  • Advocate for the end user by designing experiences with users needs in mind.
  • Helps the business by ensuring product meet business needs and technical constraints while creating the best experiences for users and focuses on making sure we DESIGN THINGS RIGHT
  • Internally evangelizes product decisions based on the user:
    Iterate and execute products usable, useful, enjoyable, viable to the user.


  • Excellent interaction design skills
  • Ability to create wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Great Information architecture skills (logic)
  • Great visual design and UI skills
  • Has designed and shipped digital products/ Has been responsible for design for full life of a product.
  • Has at least some experience in digital products that include timeline based formats such as games or videos.
  • 3+ years work experience – we need people who can apply their various corporate experiences


  • video editing, and motion design expertise
  • Game UX experience
  • Has been agency or consultant based (proves experience of dealing with many different clients and situations and selling ideas)
