Customer Service Representative

POSITION DETAILS Pinnacle Partners is partnering with a company on the North side of Indianapolis, in search for a Customer Service Representative.

The company itself works with car dealership floor plan loans to keep the dealership open and running.

The Customer Service Representative acts as the go-between for the companies dealer partners, and helps with timely coordination of floorplan loans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receive and process around 20 inbound calls from dealers each day
· Handle emails and text communications
· Help with research and project work
· Answer questions regarding titles, assisting with payments, portal issues, and help logging in
· Develop a thorough understanding of Kinetic Advantage policies, processes, and procedures relative to assigned areas, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Customer service background is ideal
· Comfortable on the phone
· Microsoft Suite and the ability to catch on to computer skills easily TERMS: This position is a temp to hire role with a 3 month temp to hire period prior to conversion to permanent hire.

Permanent hire will be dependent upon reliability, work ethic and overall performance.

Must have availability to work a schedule between the hours of 8am and 8pm, opportunity to work from home 2 to 3 days per week with remaining days in the office.
