As below we have position open for our client (GBHC) for Administrative Assistant /Office Clerk/ Customer Service Rep in Greater Binghamton Health Center located at 425 Robinson Street, Binghamton, NY 13904.

Duties and Responsibilities
Below is the list of the job duties associated with this request:

– Drafting correspondence

– Scheduling appointments

– Completing appointment reminder calls

– Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files

– Providing information to callers

– Receiving visitors

– Arranging conference calls

– Other general office tasks
Nature of Work: M-F, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Duration: Full Time, Temporary, Anticipated duration of assignment is 1 yr
Salary Range: $ 21.00 to $22.00 /Hour
– There are no benefits.

No Holiday Pay.

Start date: $21.00 per Hour
6 months from start date: $21.50 per Hour
9 months from start date: $22.00 per Hour
