Citi: Icg Risk And Control – Icg Governance And Escalation Control Support Vp

Overview: This new role is part of ICG Risk and Control team working with ICG Business partners and second line functions to enhance and support the ICG Governance framework.The role, will be expected to execute and support a range of activities to ensure that the various ICG Governance Committees and Escalation processes are effective, robust and meet the requirements set out in relevant Citi and ICG level Policies, Standards and Procedures and Committee Charters.Responsibilities include: Ensure the ICG Governance Committees meet the requirements of the relevant Citi and ICG level Policies, Standards and procedures and Committee ChartersAssist with the organization and administration of the ICG level Governance Committees and other forums where relevant, which would include:Agenda setting, including establishing and running the agenda setting meetingsDrafting and collation of presentation materialsMinute takingPerforming an annual review of the Committee as required by the Committee CharterEvolve and maintain the ICG Governance SharePoint siteEstablish and maintain the ICG SharePoint site for ICG escalationsReview and approve any new Governance Committee to ensure it meets the governance criteria and escalation paths are clearLiaise with the ICRM Governance team on escalations up to legal entity and group Governance CommitteesAssist with the training on Governance and Escalation across the ICGMaintain the ICG Governance and Escalation Standards and perform annual reviewReview Escalations submitted by each of the businesses to assess for thematic issuesPerform Quality Assurance that escalations are dealt with robustly and appropriately through sample checkingQualifications & skills:Strong governance, control and process expertise and knowledge.Ability to analyse a process and recommend ways to improve quality, controls, and efficiencyExcellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive.Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively.Self-starting team player with the ability to multitask and prioritizeDemonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capabilityAbility to analyse a process and recommend ways to improve quality, controls, and efficiencyExperience with Microsoft Access databases, including design, developing queries, reports and macros in a dynamic environmentHighly proficient with PowerPoint Job Family Group: Risk Management Job Family:Business Risk & Controls Time Type: Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc.
