Description

Application Support Specialist will be the fist line of application support, resolving technical queries and communicating solutions directly to users.

Application Support Specialist will debug product issues on Dev/QA environments.

Application Support Specialist will monitor, support, and response to open tickets and handle service requests.

Profile

Application Support Specialist MUST:

1. Knowledge of the Windows Azure infrastructure and cloud/Saas business applications

2. Detailed knowledge of the MS SQL Server/MS BI platform

3. Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS

4. Experience with Support & ITIL processes
